hmmm, I'm not sure but you can try the following items: . install jaws 13 and see if the fs reader shows up then .keep in mind that in these later versions of jaws the fs reader is usually a seperate item in the start menu .check the version number of the file (or if the disk go get the latest file) against the one currently on the freedomscientific website under downloads to make sure you do not have a flawed file .keep in mind that some items are now loading from the website or from additional files you need to get so make sure your connected and/or you have all the downloads you need . if your loading from a FS disk, you may have to go onto the disk and start the install manually, I do not think that is normal, but you may need to from some reason
