I don't recall seeing that question on the list.

Try maximizing your screen when you are in the program you want and see if
that resolves the focus issue.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] a dificalt question about Jaws?

Hi, I was wondering, I had asked a question a few days ago about a jaws
problem, and it was pretty much ignored, but some one writes in about a
question about a simple smily faice issue and it generates a hole days of
replies? I don't get it?

I have been dealing with this issue for three days now, and I have gotten no help, so I just wonder? My question was, why all of a sudden is Jaws reading part of an email, when there is no email open, I am sitting on the list, in
my inbox, and when I arrow down, I don't hear the name of the sender, nor
any part of the subject line, and the date, time, and size of the email? And
the fact that some times when in list view, jaws does not read at all I
have to arrow down once, and back up to hear the sender's name, and that is
how I here the senders name, and stuff, after I here part of the email.

Thanks susie
