well, when I recieve a word document I can not open it but I do have some
rtf files that are not opening either, it is only the one's I get through

Is it an rtf document or a word document that you are going sent. Is it
suppose to come in Microsoft word? You can still try that method anyway.
If you are able to open the file, you can copy and paste it to word and
save
it.

yes, that would work, however this is something that has been going on
for
about 2 weeks, and did not do this before and only if a word or rtf
atatchment is sent i need to know the cause and how can I unblock this
from

useing xp, jaws 11,windows office 2010
when I recieve a word or RTF atattchement by outlook express,word tells
me
to find a program to use.
I have to alt F then go to "open with" then I have to use word path any
help? sugar
