This has happened to me several times, and in each case, it was because of
something that appeared on the screen, masking the unread flag. You might
try reading through your email list using the Jaws cursor. Sometimes that
will reveal what is going on. If that doesn't work, you might require
sighted assistance.

Hello Everyone,
Lately, just in the last couple of days, my email messages are not saying
"unread" when they have not been read.
I am not aware of making any changes to my email program.
I am using Windows 7 64 bit, JAWS14 and Windows Mail.
Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated.
