You have to be pretty flexible when doing things on the web these days. 
You cannot assume that everything you think should be a button, or other 
forms control actually is.  IE, just because most shopping carts have a 
cart button, the cart button can appear as a link on other sites.  I have 
found that, unless it is a familiar site to me, I always arrow around 
instead of just tabbing or using hot keys to move about the page.
