Hello Teresa, When focus is in the Windows Live inbox use CTRL+3 to move to the contacts list. Use Alt followed by H and tab across the lower part of the ribbon until you find the Import choice. Press enter key and you will find choices to import from a CSV or WAB file.

Since I couldn't find a outlookexpress to work with Windows 8, this program does not exist anymore, I download and installed Windows live Mail. In my old computer, I exported my contacts from outlookexpress and saved the adress book in a folder. It is in the right format. Then I passed it on the new computer. I tried to import this addressbook to Windows Live Mail, but coul'n't. I went to application menu, then entered the go to. I arroed the folders, but there is no contact option In this same menu, there is option to import messages, but not contacts. Thank you for your help.
