I downloaded the file to install IE10 on my windows 7 64 Bit computer. However I get an error message saying IE10 cannot be installed because I don't have Windows 7 service pack 1. As far as I know I do have windows 7 SP1 and my system diagnostics confirm that is what is running on my computer. I am using Jaws 13 latest edition. I tried installing it with Jaws 14 latest running and it still would not install, giving me the same error message. Does anyone know a windows 7 diagnosis and repair program that is compatible with Jaws that I can use to see if anything is wrong with my windows 7 installation? Thanks, Greg Washington
