I also use cygwin and it works quite well with open ssh. Not only do I
work on Linux boxes all day, via Windows and cygwin, but having a Linux
shell on my Windows box has a lot of advantages at times as well.
The cygwin install can be a pain in the butt though. Haven't tried it
recently, but the installer used to be pretty inaccessible. Hoping that
has changed since I need to do a new install.
