Hi.
Are you using a laptop, where the mouse pad is active, than you can be so
unlucky that you are selecting another item with your handroot, which is
very frustrating.
On most laptop's you can disable the mouse pad by pressing the FN-button +
the F-button on the upper row, that has this function.
Be aware of, that it has to bi done every time you turn on the computer,
because it not will be stored anywhere.

Hi All,
I am using jaws 14, on a windows 7 home premium 64 bit machine.
Many times when I am in my documents, and I want to go to a document, and I
highlight it, when I go into the document, it isn't the one I wanted at all.
Jaws
has taken me to something different instead. Is there any way to get jaws to
take
me to the exact document that I want, instead of trying 2 or 3 times before
I get
