One I used to use is Partition manager. It free. Let's google for it

Partition Assistant will do the trick. If memory serves the 32 bit version
is free. I paid around $29.95 for the 64 bit version.

Note this is the kind of software that can really mangle things up if you
are not careful with it so do some studying first.

hard drive in half.
