Free Partition Manager - AOMEI Partition Assistant Standard
Is accessible with some usage of curcer and it works with xp.vista.win7.win8
Both 32 and 64bit and its free

Pleas Don't use it if u  don't know how to use partitioning software
because it could render your hard disk data inaccessible
