After you press enter, the email client will open and the file will be attached and you can press alt s to send it. The other way to do this is while the email is open that you are composing, alt n followed by n a f will bring up the insert file dialog, shift tab twice into the folder list and browse for your document. Once you find the document, press enter and the document will be attached.
