hello there;
I haven't used outlook2003
in quite some time,
however, perhaps this would work to add attachment,

1, ctrl+n=new message,
put in the necessary information,
now while in the body of the message,
alt+n/a/f
this places you in the file name edit box, if your using windows 7, just
shift+tab, two times,you will land into the username my documents folder.

hope this helps.

I have not found another way to send an attachment in Outlook2003 other than
the one described by D.W. Just find the file and copy to the clipboard and
paste it into the message body.
