Hi Trish. I use BOFA they have both a great site, as well as an iPhone app that's hands down accessible. You can do anything you want with it. I use their credit card as a side note, and except for not being able to earn bonus points easily, I have no issue. They are very understanding if I was a day late paying, when circumstances flew out the window. I feel for you with the credit union, I have one and it was great until it changed to bigger guy headlocked smaller one into merger. Hope I helped somewhat.
