Fortunately, the Chase web site does not require making any changes for it to work with JAWS. Once you create a user-ID and password, you're good to go.

It's not up to the screen reader it's up to the designer of the web site. That is what my bank does. It gives you the option to turn off all dynamic crap right away so everything works with your screen reader.
