Gerald,

Not quite true. With Chase, you need to maintain a minimum account balance of $1,500 and/or set up direct deposit with their checking account to avoid charges. Other than that, it is quite accessible with Jaws and so is their iPhone app.

JP Morgan Chase's web site is very accessible with JAWS, and reasonably easy to navigate, and they do not charge for online bill payment or account management. I have been using it successfully for almost five years to pay bills and check account balances with JAWS 9 running Windows XP.

Does anyone on list do bill pay from their bank or credit union?
Also, which bank is the best for screen readers? I have a credit union, it is again changing it's online banking, it is manageable to some degree, but now I'm afraid of this new changes what or where it will leave me. So I am
asking list here of any recommendations of other banking online services
more suitable for screen readers.
Currently, I use Jaws 13 with window's 7.
Thanks for any help!

Trish
