I have seen that in the bill pay lineup, I accidently clicked on one 
thinking I was in the edit field for my wireless bill, now I get from both 
the carrier and bank notifying me of that bill due.
But isn't that what I signed up for with all these venders in first place to 
do, to send me via email when a bill is due, if the bank did it, it would 
just be duplicated right now anyways.

It doesn't matter whether your utility or credit card bill varies from month
to month.  The correct amount is always debited automatically from your bank
account on the same day each month well before the payment deadline. So you
never have to worry aboutmissed or late payments as long as you have
sufficient fundsin your bank account to cover the payment. Almost all
utilities, cable TV providers, phone companies and credit cards now offer
this service.
