This is an ongoing issue that FS has been aware of for years, but cannot seem to fix. It seems unique to the Cut, Copy and Paste commands. Even though the commands are not announced by JAWS, they nevertheless work successfully most of the time. These commands seem to go silent after Windows Media Player has been used. If you want these commands announced by JAWS, you can either unload JAWS and relaunch it, or use the Cut, Copy and Paste commands on the Context menu, which JAWS always announces, instead of using the shorcut keys for these commands which JAWS may not always announce.
