This is an ongoing issue that FS has been aware of for years, but cannot
seem to fix.  It seems unique to the Cut, Copy and Paste commands.  Even
though the commands are not announced by JAWS, they nevertheless work
successfully most of the time.  These commands seem to go silent after
Windows Media Player has been used.  If you want these commands announced by
JAWS, you can either unload JAWS and relaunch it, or use the Cut, Copy and
Paste commands on the Context menu, which JAWS always announces, instead of
using the shorcut keys for these commands which JAWS may not always
announce.
