that is actually my last resort. The few times that I did call I could not understand them and they went into my computer and made many changes that made things worse. The last time that I called I requested to speak to someone in the United States and they would not honor that request.

Call verizon and see if they are having problems. When I worked there
we use to get all the time problem notices about DNS or email outages
and issues.
