Lenny, you might want to explore Guru Aid at: Phone: 1-855-575-5140 They have plans for 1, 2 and 3 years. Yes, the technitions are in India but are easy to understand their speech. After you tell them what your problem is, you communicate with them by text streaming. I have had them do very complicated tasks, and have the same problem several times. Not their fault. The only problem is that you have to have an internet connection, so perhaps this suggestion is for naught. Sorry if that's the case.
