[JAWS-Users] I have out look 2003 as my email program, how can i make sure that i have a junk mail filter or a spam blocker?

Hi list members, I have outlook express 2003.  My question is how can I make 
sure that I have a junk mail filter as well as a spam filter so that I won't 
get a lot of spam?  Thank you for any information that you might have.
