That is true, and I guess it depends on what is troublesome to you. I have mine set on high, and I just check my junk folder daily before the inbox and it isn't a big deal to me. It is whatever you want to handle. Judy

You can set security at one of three levels and junk mail or spam will supposedly go to your junk mail box. However, I have it set at "none" because it was filtering emails that I wanted to see and putting them into junk mail and I had to keep checking to see what was there. So instead, if I get persistent emails from a sender I don't want, I open the message, go to the actions menu, go to the junk mail sub menu, press enter, and then Jaws asks if I want to block this sender and I press the space bar on OK. But if you just set the junk mail filter on medium or high, you'll lose emails you might want to receive.
