It's likely that the PC cleaning program in question is being a little
over-zealous in hopes that you'll pay. It's highly unlikely that you
have thousands of "issues" that can be quantified and cleaned with a
simple one-time payment. Often these programs will list, say, every
single file that is slightly fragmented on your system as a separate
issue. But modern versions of Windows are quite able to manage such
tasks themselves. Unless you have a specific issue on your PC that you
would like to resolve, and the program explains exactly how it will
resolve it (i.e. antivirus scanners) I'd stay away. It's my
understanding that Microsoft discourages the use of third-party
registry cleaners and uninstallers.
