Hi RJ & Trish, I do have the particular updates hidden but, what I'm curious about is the way my download settings were set it sounds like the updates were downloaded & I hid them after the fact. So, if they were in fact downloaded but, not installed, & are on my computer, how I can remove/ delete them so they are not taking up harddrive space. Thank you very much for your input & advice.

The best way to stop these from that list to appear is to go to Microsoft download page and search for the downloads. Click the right mouse button and choose hide so they won't show up again. Later you can show them on the same site by choosing show hidden update if you change your mind.
