I just checked to find out 2 versions of IE 9 and the same for 10, so far I
got the 64 bit version of both. If my calculations are correct it would come
to around 130 MB on the server if I placed all 4 files on the server. The
space is there but I'm not certain if Microsoft would take a dim view of
that or not.

Hi David and all,

I guess making these Internet Explorer 8, Internet Explorer 9, and Internet
Explorer 10 files available for download would be useful in some cases, but
there are different choices in operating systems from XP to Win8, so it
might be better to place links where one can download their respective
version from Microsoft such as 32bit or 64bit. I think you will end up
having to download and post about 2 versions for XP, 4 versions for Win7,
and 2 for Win8.

Joseph

You are correct in that there is no download link for any version of IE on
the server. I suppose I could put links up there for those programs but I
would have to get them first.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Problems installing IE9

I am using W7, Latest jaws and IE8 browser and trying to install IE9 from
windows updates. I have tried to install IE9 many times from the windows
updates but it always locks up my computer. It seems to try installing IE9
and IE10 at the same time and locks up my computer everytime. Does anyone
have a direct download for IE9 that you could pass on to me? I would
appreciate it very much. I looked over the jaws-users home site but
couldn't find anything there. Thanks much,
