Joseph, I am now using IE8 and the problem starts when I try to install IE9 from the windows update notification. It seems that the update not only tries to install IE9 but also continues on and tries to install IE10 also and loccks up the computer. This is my backup computer. I have another fairly new computer with W7, latest jaws and IE10 and it works great. I installed IE9 and IE10 on that computer without any problems. I want to try a direct install of IE9 on the backup computer and see how this works out.

I personally don't like the extra security steps necessary to download a file when using Internet Explorer 9 and Internet Explorer 10, but I'm here to answer your question, not mine. <Smile>. Worst case scenario, we can always uninstall Internet Explorer 9 or Internet Explorer 10 and go right back to Internet Explorer 8.
