Excellent directions. Do you have to select or unselect actions you want taken? I had one file which when I clicked remove it said all malicious items removed or something like that. However when reviewing the report it listed one file with a problem but stated no action taken. How do I get rid of this one file?

Hello, Well, to really activate Mywarebytes Pro you have to pay first.. Then run it and it should say, Mywarebytes Pro, press the tab key to navigate. Press tab to scan, press the space bar. Press tab for Full scan or arrow to quick or flash scan. Press the space bar. Then, leave it alone, the first couple scans will run about a hour and in time it will be less. When the scan is done, press space bar to show results. Tab twice to show results again. Tab to remove all infected objected objects, press the space bar. The Mywarebytes report will start to read, press the shift + tab to bring you back to the OK button on removing all infected objects and press the space bar. Press the shift +tab to cycle you back to the Mywarebytes report tex.txt document. Use your down arrow to read the report. You will be surprise on all the problems in your computer Mywarebytes picked up. When done viewing the report you can save the report to my documents or press alt + F4 twice to close Mywarebytes. That exit menu sucks and when closes it makes you feel like if you did something wrong. It's better to use alt + F4. Enjoy, this is a great product. Don't forget that This is the free version, so if you want to make sure it stays the free version, when installing, you might be asked if you want to try the Pro version. I say go ahead and try it, because if you don't want to pay for it, the Malwarebytes Pro version will revert to a 15-day trial anyways. If you don't want to bother with the Pro version then simply choose the free version. Let me know if you have any problems or further questions! <Smile>. What rock did you crawl out of because I been here only one month in this club and your replies seem to be good and I notice some controversy on the new guy (You).. Anyways you are doing good, keep up the good work. Thanks. It seems a bit invasive, but I assure you it is not; especially since you are taken from the Malwarebytes website to the CNet download page. If you'd like I can download the Malwarebytes trial and Dropbox it to you. You can also try installing a copy of your Malwarebytes Pro on a second machine. I believe Malwarebytes allows for this as I've only Purchased a single license and have installed the pro version on 3 computers. I'm assuming if I were doing something wrong I would be asked for a second and third license key but the process completes problem free. The worst that can happen is that the install won't go through. This is for my wife computer, so I'll try your link. I also have Windows Defender and MSE installed on it, but I always wonder if the Windows Defender actually works??? Thanks.
