Hi Rich. Wow what a step to take. Hope someone's got your hand, luckily the list does. :) Here are a few things. 1. If you have windows sixty four, you'll need that version of jaws. Other then that, you can install programs as you need them, and there are two folder paths. The first says c:\Program files. Easy this is where all your sixty four bit programs, if you have them, are found. IE. has a sixty four bit program if i remember right. The other folder path is c:\program files\86 or something like that. All this means is this is where your 32 bit programs are put. so all of this probably confusing language to tell you, just pay attention to where things are installed, but usually programs know where to install themselves. If you are a little bit better at computers then I'm thinking, I hope I haven't insulted your intelligence. I used windows mail, it worked of or me though like it's predecessor I did pull my hair out a time or two when some of those lovely errors popped up.
