Have any of you looked into Trend Micro? No Captia, and no sighted assistance required. They have several levels of protection, depending on your networking needs. I have used nothing else for at least five years. Completely accessible, from beginning to end.

Warmly,

CAPTCHA's can change as well. I believe the Google audio CAPTCHA has
recently changed to clearer audio than it was before.

Yeah, I remember trying the audio captcha and couldn't understand
diddly
squat. So although NOD32 might be a reasonable alternative to MSE,
there is
no easy way to purchase it for many folks unless they get sighted help
to
solve the captcha.

Eset's Nod32 - or its Smart Security suite, now up to version 6 - is
still
reasonably accessible with JAWS. The main thing barring its purchase
is a
CAPTCHA, which is very secure and doesn't like WebVisum. However,
there is
an audio reCAPTCHA which isn't too bad if you don't have a hearing
impairment. if you do, then best recourse may be to call on sighted
assistance to resolve it.

I hate to keep beating a dead horse, but what good are such
third-party
anti-virus program recommendations if they are not JAWS accessible?
Of
course, some intrepid list member could try them and report on their
compatibility with JAWS, but the problem with all of these programs
is
that it may be difficult to impossible to remove them without
sighted
help if they don't work out.
