No, it is a paid subscription, that covers up to three computers/laptops.  
Since using it, I have had absolutely no security issues whatsoever.  I have 
tried several different products, and this one was recommended by a CTO from a 
major bank, and passed all marks with flying colors.

Have any of you looked into Trend Micro?  No Captia, and no sighted assistance 
required.  They have several levels of protection, depending on your networking 
needs.  I have used nothing else for at least five years. 
Completely accessible, from beginning to end.

CAPTCHA's can change as well. I believe the Google audio CAPTCHA     has
recently changed to clearer audio than it was before.
