Open your Settings Center default all applications, arrow down to, Web /
HTML / PDFs, right arrow to open, arrow down to, Reading, right arrow to
open, arrow down to, Indicate Block Quotations, press spacebar to
uncheck,
press enter to save your change & close the Settings Center.
