Hello Scott,

It sounds like you might have turned on the "show in groups" option. You
can check this by first making sure nothing is selected in the list. If a
message is selected use CTRL with spacebar to remove the selection. Use the
application key and find the "Arrange by" menu. Right arrow in to the
submenu and arrow down to the "show in groups" choice. If it is checked
just press enter to remove the checkmark. When the "show in groups" is
active a person needs to use right arrow key to expand and left arrow key to
collapse a group of messages.

Take care.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Drafts View in Outlook 2010

Hi,

Somehow, I have screwed up the way that the list of messages is displayed in
my drafts folder. I can't just arrow up and down any more. I go down a few
and then I have to use the left arrow to get to the rest and it takes a
while to do so (computer just sits there for several seconds). I assume
that the messages are in multiple columns. All of my other folders are
still the same, in one column, where I can just arrow up and down the list.
Any suggestions concerning fixing this? I have looked at all of the options
under the view menu but I can't figure it out. I used Office 2003 for ten
years and, after eight months, I am still getting use to the layout of
Office 2010. I like it fine but everything isn't where I am use to it being
and some of it works differently. I am using Outlook 2010 with Windows 8
and JAWS 15.

Thanks,

Scott Duck
