What version of windows do you have. You don't know it.
Ok, a easy way is if you can get a description of your windows. For example,
when you press the windo key, you heard something like
Start menu, to navigate up or down arrow?
then you have windows xp.
but if you heard something like
Start menu, search box edit. . type text in this edit box or up or down
arrow...
then you have windows 7.
Now, if you have windows xp, you will have on the start menu, the control
panel, or you will have something called settings, and inside will be
control panel.
Then when you have control panel open, you should press tab, until you
heard something like clasic view. Press enter here, and you will get the
icon of add and remove programs. The clasic view shows the most part of the
settings available in windows xp.
If you have windows 7, is not very different, when is open control panel,
you should press tab until you heard clasic view.
