I have used them with mixed results. They are able to remotely access your computer and make changes. They were able to solve the windows update problem when the updates kept reinstalling. They also helped me successfully access my contacts in Outlook 2007. However they were not able to solve my problem with Outlook 2007 not allowing Jaws 14 to read emails in html format correctly. I suggest you give them a try.
