I have used them with mixed results. They are able to remotely access your
computer and make changes. They were able to solve the windows update
problem when the updates kept reinstalling. They also helped me
successfully access my contacts in Outlook 2007. However they were not able
to solve my problem with Outlook 2007 not allowing Jaws 14 to read emails in
html format correctly. I suggest you give them a try.

Have any of you used their free 800 number for help? How were they to
deal with, and can they scan your computer to diagnose your specific
problem? Jim
