I've used the service a few times and it has saved me money, and has fixed many problems.

I must say what a great service! They assisted with doing a reinstall of the
.net platform which took approximately 3 hours, what patience and it took to
getting that done.
I believe this service has saved me a bunch of money, approximately $250,
which I would have had to pay out to a home service PC technician.
