The JAWS pass through key is JAWSKey+3.

I don't think these will work as advertised, especially when in the
virtual viewer on a webpage.
One may have to press the pass through key of alt+3 so the keystroke
can be passed through to Internet Explorer, though I fear this may not
even do the trick.
