Hi Stormin, The Auslogics website is now working & I submitted a refund request. While the website was down I contacted the company that handles payments for Auslogics & they submitted a request for me as well. As far as taking a loss with Auslogics, that ain't happenin! LOL, hahaha hahaha hahaha, LOL
