He is running Outlook 2010, Windows8, & Jaws 14. when he presses enter on a folder that supposedly has X amount of messages he can arrow to a message but, Jaws isn't reading any of the headers. Also, when he presses the, Alt key, he's not getting any of the menues. He knows how to navigate the ribbons but, there aren't any menues to navigate. Can anyone please help him out?
