I can't answer your question about creating a support account. However, here's something you might try. Turn on the boot time defrag if it is not already. This can be found under the settings menu under boot time defrag. I have mine set to run every time, which means it will run every time the computer boots. There are some files that can't be defragmented any other way than at boot. The page file, which can be several gigs in size comes to mind.
