Settings is in the menu bar. You can press alt+s to get to it or you could hit alt then arrow to it. As far as the tool bar, there's a workaround for that. When you run the install, when it gets to the screen where it asks if you want to install the tool bar, you can do an OCR on it. That will give you a chance to select whether or not you want to install the tool bar. This assumes you have Jaws 13 or later and the OCR engine is installed.

I can't answer your question about creating a support account. However,
here's something you might try. Turn on the boot time defrag if it is
not already. This can be found under the settings menu under boot time
defrag. I have mine set to run every time, which means it will run every
time the computer boots. There are some files that can't be defragmented
any other way than at boot. The page file, which can be several gigs in
size comes to mind.

has anyone made a Piriform support account I tried to make one and was not successful. you have to click in the right corner to create an account. I pressed insert+F5 to view form fields and all I got was edit, edit etc. then after the edit fields I got unlabeled button.
I’m using jaws 11.0.1476 and internet explorer 9
I am interested in knowing why after I defrag my c drive the percent number for the defrag is not zero! for zero percentage defragmented
