Hi, Try clicking windows plus r for run then entering sndvol If you hit tab once, this should be the mute button that you can press the space bar on.

But, no sounds, including the Microsoft tones. Is there a “silent” mode that I need to access? Or, a mute button? My sighted wife was unable to get the volume to work.
