Thank you. An earlier post suggested going into the properties which I was able to do and from JAWS 15 on the desktop I was able to change the shortcut key. Unfortunately, although it is set (that is checked) to come up on startup, it still isn't doing that. Oh well, at least the shortcut key does get me there.

Hi Linda,
I think that while you are on the desk top with JAWS 15 highlighted, you hit the application key.
Then up arrow to Properties and hit enter.
Then tab until you hear the cue to set the short cut key.
