As has been said many times, you cannot obtain Adobe Flash from Ninite anymore.

If so the best wayis to go to Ninite and download adobe from there. The install is simple and you won't get stuff like google toolbars or Chrome or anything you don't want. This should install Flash Player for IE without any unwanted software. However, if you use this same page to download and install Flash Player for Firefox, you will automatically install a little utility called McAfee Security Scan Plus. There is no way to deselect this program when you install Flash Player for Firefox, so if you don't want it on your computer, you will have to uninstall it manually.
