There is two ways to adjust the column widths in Excel 2007. Way #1: 1. Highlight the column you want to adjust by pressing CTRL+SPACEBAR 2. Press ALT+H to open the Home tab 3. Press O to open the Format tab 4. Press W to open the Column Width dialog box 5. Type in the width you want to adjust it to and press ENTER. Way #2: 1. Highlight the column by pressing CTRL+SPACEBAR 2. Press the APPLICATIONS key 3. Arrow up or down until you hear "Column Width" and press ENTER 4.
