It's personal choice. I use super anti spyware myself along with MSE. Other
folks use an anti spyware program that suits their requirements. You can use
such programs together but not more than one of a given type IE one
antivirus at a time ETC.

Jaws will notify you if you have a virus depending on the program you are
using.
