Scott,

You could always give the Microsoft Disability help line a call to see if
they have any notices on this issue. I had an issue with my Outllook 2010
last Monday when I would type an email it would keep going on one line and
not wrap the text around to the next line. It also did the same thing on my
received email but putting whatever any one type all on one line. I called
the help line and they said they had notices on this known issue and he
downloaded an update and that fix it.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] JAWS and Error Messages

Hi Everyone,

Sometimes, I will get an error message in whatever program that I am using
at the moment and JAWS will stop speaking until the error message is
cleared. For example, if I am using IE and I get the message "Internet
Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close", JAWS will fall
silent until I hit the "close" button to close Internet Explorer. It will
not read the error message. I either have to get someone sited to read the
error message or I run another screen reader to see what is going on. Now,
when JAWS stops speaking, I will hit the space bar so that, if this is the
problem, it will close the error message. I have also encountered this with
Word and Outlook. I am running JAWS 15 but this happened with JAWS 14 too.
This has occurred ever sense I have had this computer. I have not had this
problem on other machines. This is the only PC that I have used that is
running Windows 8. I don't know if it is a Windows 8 thing or something
specific to this computer. Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Scott Duck
