Hi all I sent a message last week but never saw it come through. Anyway I just got a Windows 8.1 machine with Office 2013 and I have Jaws 15. I like to have my email set to open the next message when I delete the previous one. Visually it opens but Jaws stays silent. If I alt tab once it goes to inbox and if I alt tab a second time it gets to the message that opened originally but would not read. Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening. I am currently closing the message, deleting it if I don't want it any more then opening the next one. I'd like to go back to control d for delete and having the next one open automatically if only it would read without first having to alt tab twice to get the focus back. Cheers Paula.
