I sometimes receive emails where the message content seems to be an image. I cannot figure out how to read the content using Jaws. I have tried using the built in jaws OCR function (insert+spacebar+o) selecting both the windows and screen options without any success. I am using MS Outlook 2007 and also have tried reading such emails using Windows Live Mail (WLM) without success. Any hints or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Right now I have to ask someone sighted if available to read the emails to me.
