Hi Mike, In the properties of the Taskbar and Start Menu, on the Start Menu tab you will find the following: Store and display recently opened programs in the Start menu checkbox not checked Store and display recently opened items in the Start menu and the taskbar checkbox not checked This is the way I have mine set, and the only items that show on the start menu are the ones I put there. Note, Having the first one of these unchecked will also keep recently opened items in the Run dialogue from showing. Since this is a multi-tab dialogue, there is an apply button in case you want to make other changes before hitting the okay button. HTH, Rick Justice
